2024 Eclipse Schedule

MARCH 25, 2024 I 12:00 AM PT

PENUMBRAL OR APPULSE LUNAR ECLIPSE AT THE FULL MOON

The Sun is at 5° Aries conjunct Neptune at 27° and opposing the Full Moon at 5° Libra, which is trine Pluto at 01° Aquarius. Also of note are two stelliums: one involving Mars, Saturn, and Venus in Pisces, and another involving the North Node, Chiron, and Mercury in Aries. Additionally, this Eclipse also occurs just 5 days after the Spring Equinox, and at both Purim, Shushan Puring, and The Annunciation (Solemnity of the Annunciation, Lady Day, the Feast of the Incarnation, or Conceptio Christi).

All is well, provided the light returns and the eclipse does not become endless night. Dawn and resurrection are synonymous. The reappearance of the light is the same as the survival of the soul.

TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE AT THE NEW MOON

The Sun and the New Moon are conjunct at 19° Aries, and they are part of a large stellium in Aries involving the North Node, Chiron, and a retrograde Mercury. Contributing to the power of this eclipse is the rare occurrence of this entire stellium in Aries being unaspected in any other way, which means they have no connection to any other planet at the time of the eclipse. Most notable is that this is the second Total Solar Eclipse in six months that is primarily located over the Americas, and it is expected to be even more visually, emotionally, spiritually, and transformationally profound than was its predecessor on October 14, 2023.

PARTIAL LUNAR ECLIPSE AT THE FULL MOON

The Sun is at 25° Virgo, opposing the Moon, which is at 25° Pisces and part of a stellium that involves both Neptune in Pisces and the North Node in Aries. Additionally, four of the outer, transpersonal planets are retrograde: Pluto, Neptune, Uranus and Saturn. Also of note is that the opposition between the Sun and the Moon, Neptune, and North Node conjunction forms a T-square to Jupiter, which is at 20° Gemini. This, in addition to the Sun also forming a Grand Trine in the Earth signs involving Pluto at 29° Capricorn and Uranus at 27° Taurus, results in a Kite to the Moon. Adding even more power to this one, is that this eclipse occurs just five days before the Fall Equinox.

OCTOBER 2, 2024 I 11:46 AM PT

ANNULAR SOLAR ECLIPSE AT THE NEW MOON

The Sun and Moon are conjunct at 10° Libra and are also conjunct Mercury at 11° Libra. Together, the stellium opposes the North Node of the Moon, which then forms a loose yet emotion-laden T-Square to Mars. Adding to the transformational opportunities of the moment are the retrogrades of the four outer, transpersonal planets: Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, and Saturn. Heightening and enhancing this are two Grand Trine – which are markers for luck, ease, and grace: one in the water signs and one in the earth signs. Adding to the transformational power of this day are Rosh Hashanah, the Day of Judgement and Atonement that begins the Days of Awe: the most powerful time of connection to the souls you love and to the organizing forces of the Universe.
